Innerwood & Company designs, fabricates and installs custom cabinetry and architectural woodwork for the high end residential market. Our products range from custom cabinets, mantles, range hoods, wainscoting, columns, curved moldings like casing, crown and bar rails to fluted or raised panel jambs for windows and arches. Other specialty items include bench seats and mud room lockers for storage.

We employ the following skilled craft positions.

Design Consultant - Our Consultants work directly with Homeowners, Architects and Builders to create original designs that satisfy the clients' needs. AutoCAD and Cabinet Vision are design programs used to illustrate customers' projects. We invite detail oriented individuals interested in demonstrating their knowledge in architectural design and construction methods to join our design department.

Cabinetmaker- Our Craftsmen layout, mill, fabricate and finish custom wood products using the latest technology and machining capabilities in combination with traditional woodworking skills to provide our clients with the highest quality crafted cabinetry and millwork. We welcome individuals capable of upholding our building standards to join our team.

Wood Finisher - Our Finishers are highly skilled in the finishing processes to deliver stained and painted products with specialty treatments such as glazed, crackled or distressed. Most products are finished with pre-catalyzed lacquer. If you are knowledgeable and experienced in high end finishes for the discriminating customer, please consider the opportunity to be a part of a company like Innerwood & Company.

Interior Finish Carpenter - Our Carpenters are recognized as Master Craftsmen by the International Guild of Master Craftsmen. They are highly skilled in the art of carpentry and experienced in the quality fit and finish of all interior wood moldings or architectural amenities. Our carpenters take pride in demonstrating the quality and productivity expected by our high end clients. Come join our training program which incorporates a self-directed career path and training program to allow one to increase skills, quality and productivity at a self determined pace.
